About the Experience
We take you through the heart of Belfast β along the Falls Road murals, past the peace walls, to the Bayardo memorial on the Shankill, and through the historic Titanic quarter. Real stories, real streets, real pace.
Every run is 1 hour 45 minutes β covering both communities and the Titanic quarter β and ends with coffee and a bun at Terracotta on Holywood Road. One run daily at 10:00, groups of 4.
Your Guide
I'm a qualified running coach who has completed multiple Ironman triathlons. In 2026 I finished the 40th anniversary edition of the Marathon des Sables β 270km across the Sahara Desert, six stages, self-supported, temperatures pushing 50Β°C. Race number 1210. Medal earned in sand and sweat.
What I love most is sharing Belfast on foot. These streets shaped a city and a generation. Running them is the only way to truly feel it.
Choose Your Route
The ultimate Belfast run β cross the peace wall on foot, take in the Falls Road murals, the Bayardo memorial on the Shankill, then run through the historic Titanic quarter past the drawing rooms, slipways and the world-famous museum. Approximately 6 miles at a comfortable Zone 2 pace. Two communities, one iconic shipyard, one unforgettable morning.
Along the Route
Belfast's walls tell its story better than any textbook. Every mural has a human story. Gary will share some of his own stories and experiences along the way.
